The Member’s membership may also be cancelled, terminated and/or suspended by the Corporation (acting through the Board) or the members of the Corporation in the manner and in the circumstance(s) set out in the By-Laws.

Appointment of Company Members Company members of the Health and Safety Committee must be appointed to the committee by the Company in such a manner as to ensure there is representation from each department and will include the Lodge Manager and a member of the BCE Safety Department. At any time, a senior Company representative may attend meetings as an observer. Co-Chairs of Committee The Health and Safety Committee must have two (2) Co-Chairs.
