TERM OF CONTRACT AND EARLY TERMINATION. 6.1 This Agreement is valid from the last date of signature below till both parties have fulfilled their commitments of the contract. 6.2 If either Party materially infringes its obligations under this Agreement and does not rectify it within thirty (30) days of the infringing Party being requested in writing thereto, the other Party has the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect.
