Common use of Term of Agreement and Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement and Termination. The term of this Agreement shall be for three years beginning October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2011. Thereafter, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive one year terms, unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination at least 90 days prior to the end of the then current term.
