Common use of Term, Notice and Effect Clause in Contracts

Term, Notice and Effect. This Agreement shall have an initial term of two (2) years from the date hereof. Thereafter, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods; provided that the Fund may terminate this Agreement at any time upon at least seventy-five (75) days’ written to the Custodian, and the Custodian may terminate this Agreement at any time upon at least one-hundred and eighty (180) days’ written notice to the Fund. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for Cause, in which case termination shall be effective upon written receipt of notice by the non-terminating party.

Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for Cause, in which case termination shall be effective upon written receipt of notice by the non-terminating party.
