Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will commence as of May 21, 2004 and will continue for one year (the “Term”). The Term may be extended upon the mutual agreement of the parties. This Agreement will continue in full force and effect during the Term unless earlier terminated in accordance with section 5.
Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will be for two (2) years from the date hereof (the "TERM"). The Company will give notice of its intention to renew this Agreement to the Consultant not less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Term. If notice of renewal is given by the Company to the Consultant as provided herein, this Agreement will be extended for a further term of two (2) years upon the term and conditions herein contained, including these terms of renewal.
