Common use of Term and Renewal Clause in Contracts

Term and Renewal. a) The parties agree that the effective date of this agreement is to be April 1, 2020, whether or not the agreements have been fully executed by the necessary parties. Once this agreement and the associated Transit Service Agreement are duly executed, this agreement will replace all provisions in the existing Transit Service Agreement and Master Operating Agreement with respect to the rights and obligations as between the Authority and the Municipality.
