Common use of Term and Duties Clause in Contracts

Term and Duties. Commencing on the date hereof and continuing until October 31, 2004, and thereafter from year to year unless sooner terminated as herein provided (the "Employment Term"), the Employer hereby employs the Employee as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The Employee hereby accepts such employment and agrees to devote all of his business time and his best efforts to the business of Employer and as may be necessary to perform hisduties in accordance with the policies and budgets established from time to time by Employer and its Board of Directors and President.
