Common use of Term Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term Agreement. 14.1. Unless terminated early in accordance with the Agreement, the term of this MSA will continue after the initial term. When for a period of 12 months no new Orders are placed since the latest Order, the MSA will expire on that date (12 months after the latest Order).
