Tentative Delivery Schedule Clause Samples

A Tentative Delivery Schedule clause outlines an estimated timeline for when goods or services are expected to be delivered under a contract. This schedule provides approximate dates or timeframes, which may be subject to change based on production, shipping, or other logistical factors. By setting out these provisional deadlines, the clause helps both parties coordinate their activities and manage expectations, while also acknowledging that the delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be adjusted as needed.
