Tentative Bookings. Tentative reservations will be held in good faith for up to 7 days pending payment of a deposit, or until another party wants to book the same vessel, whichever is sooner. The booking is not secured until a deposit has been received.
Tentative Bookings. Tentative bookings will be held for up to 14 days. A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of a completed application form, evidence of satisfactory insurance and security bond within this period and the issuing by Council of a confirmation letter. If the booking is not so confirmed, the tentative booking may be cancelled by Council without notice.
Tentative Bookings. A tentative booking will be held for fourteen (14) days only from the date of your enquiry. If another enquiry is made on the same day we will attempt to contact you to offer you first choice. The booking is not considered confirmed until City Golf Club has received your booking deposit and booking form.
Tentative Bookings. Except at the sole discretion of the NAGC, tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of ten (10) business days, without obligation, after which time the Hirer must confirm their intention to proceed with the booking. If the Hirer has not done so, the NAGC reserves the right to cancel the booking unless alternate arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
