TENDERS AND CONTRACTS. Subject to the provisions of Section 9 for the work being completed on behalf of the Town, the Owner will submit all calls for tender and all contracts to the Engineer for approval and no work shall be commenced under any contract until it is approved. Approval hereunder is for the benefit of the Town only and there shall be no liability on the Town or its Engineer to the Owner for the sufficiency, validity or correctness of any contract.
TENDERS AND CONTRACTS. 11.1 With respect to Contracts, award and manage all Contracts in accordance with their relevant policies and procedures and, if applicable, in accordance with the Agreement on Internal Trade and applicable international and interprovincial trade agreements, and all other applicable laws.
