Common use of TENANT'S STATEMENT Clause in Contracts

TENANT'S STATEMENT. Tenant shall furnish to Landlord, within ten (10) days after written request therefor from Landlord, a copy of the then most recent audited and certified financial statement of Tenant and Guarantor, if any. It is mutually agreed that Landlord may deliver a copy of such statements to any mortgagee or prospective mortgagee of Landlord, or any prospective purchaser of the Leased Premises, but otherwise Landlord shall treat such statements and information contained therein as confidential.
