Common use of Tenant’s Payments Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Payments. To pay when due (a) all Base Rent and Additional Rent, (b) all taxes which may be imposed on Tenant’s personal property in the Premises (including, without limitation, Tenant’s fixtures and equipment) regardless to whomever assessed, (c) all charges by public utilities for telephone, electricity and other utility services (including service inspections therefor) rendered to the Premises, (d) all premiums for insurance required by Section 6.1.8 and Section 4.2 and (e) as Additional Rent, all other charges payable to Landlord pursuant to this Lease.
