Tenant’s Obligations Upon Completion. Promptly following completion of any Alterations, Tenant shall (i) furnish to Landlord “as-built” drawings and specifications in CAD format showing the Alterations as made and constructed in the Premises, (ii) cause a timely notice of completion to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Francisco in accordance with Civil Code Section 3093 or any successor statute, and (iii) deliver to Landlord evidence of full payment and unconditional final waivers of all liens for labor, services, or materials in excess of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in the aggregate.
Tenant’s Obligations Upon Completion. Promptly following completion of any Alterations, to the extent commercially reasonable in the context of such Alterations, Tenant shall (i) furnish to Landlord “as-built” drawings and specifications in CAD format showing the Alterations as made and constructed in the Premises, (ii) cause a timely notice of completion to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Alameda in accordance with Civil Code Section 3093 or any successor statute, and (iii) deliver to Landlord evidence of full payment and unconditional final waivers of all liens for labor, services, or materials in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in the aggregate.
Tenant’s Obligations Upon Completion. Promptly following completion of any Alterations, Tenant shall (i) furnish to Landlord “as-built” drawings or marked construction drawings showing the Alterations as made and constructed in the Premises, (ii) cause a timely notice of completion to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Alameda in accordance with Civil Code Section 3093 or any successor statute, and (iii) if requested by Landlord, deliver to Landlord evidence of full payment and unconditional final waivers of all liens for labor, services, or materials in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in the aggregate.
Tenant’s Obligations Upon Completion. Upon completion of any Alteration (including Minor Alterations), Tenant shall (a) cause a timely notice of completion to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the City and County of San Francisco in accordance with Civil Code Section 3093 or any successor statute, if applicable and (b) deliver to Landlord the following documentation relating to such Alteration: (i) evidence of full payment and unconditional final waivers of all liens for labor, services, or materials; (ii) all governmental permits and approvals, if applicable; and (iii) if plans were initially prepared for such Alteration, “as built” plans prepared on an AutoCAD Computer Assisted Drafting and Design System.
