Common use of Tenant’s Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Authorized Representative. Tenant designates Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (either such individual acting alone, “Tenant’s Representative”) as the only persons authorized to act for Tenant pursuant to this Work Letter. Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Neither Tenant nor No period set forth herein for any approval of any matter by Tenant’s 's Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors extended by reason of any change in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined)Tenant's Representative.

Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either any Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s the Base Building Work (as hereinafter defineddefined below).

Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative or add an additional person who may serve as a Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing (which writing may be in e-mail form) from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 five (5) business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either TenantTxxxxx’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of LandlordLxxxxxxx’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. No period set forth herein for any approval of any matter by Tenant’s Representative shall be extended by reason of any change in Tenant’s Representative. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defineddefined in Section 6 below).

Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 five (5) business days advance written notice to Landlord. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined)the Tenant Improvements.

Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Representative shall be authorized to direct Landlord’s contractors in the performance of Landlord’s Work (as hereinafter defined).

Tenant’s Authorized Representative. Tenant designates Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Yishan (Xxxxx) Li (either such individual acting alone, “Tenant’s Representative”) as the only persons authorized to act for Tenant pursuant to this Second Amendment Work Letter. Landlord shall not be obligated to respond to or act upon any request, approval, inquiry or other communication (collectively, “Communication”) from or on behalf of Tenant in connection with this Second Amendment Work Letter unless such Communication is in writing from Tenant’s Representative. Tenant may change either Tenant’s Representative at any time upon not less than 5 business days advance written notice to Landlord.
