Blvd., Suite 700, Atlanta, GA 30308, and whose telephone number is (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, to act as Tenant’s agent for purposes of authorizing and executing any and all documents, work letters or other writings and changes thereto needed to effect this Tenant Improvement Agreement, and any and all changes, additions or deletions to the work contemplated herein, and Landlord shall have the right to rely on any documents executed by such authorized party.
