The Tenant Rent clause defines the tenant's obligation to pay a specified amount of money to the landlord as consideration for occupying and using the leased premises. Tenant Rent. Tenant Rent shall be computed by subtracting the utility allowance for resident-supplied utilities (if applicable) from the Total Tenant Payment. In developments where the CHA pays all utility bills directly to the utility provider, Tenant Rent equals Total Tenant Payment.

Tenant Rent. Landlord agrees to forgive all unpaid Tenant Rent from the Commencement Date through the Termination Date pursuant to Article III., entitled “Rent and Financial Requirements”.
Tenant Rent. The gross rent for each HTF unit may not exceed the current HTF limit for the AMI of the target population identified in Attachment B, as adjusted for unit size and published annually by the DEPARTMENT.
