Tenant Letters. A letter signed by Seller, addressed to the -------------- tenants advising the tenants of the sale herein to Buyer and directing that all future rent payments and other charges are to be forwarded to Buyer at an address to be supplied by Buyer;
Tenant Letters. If Buyer has requested such letters, the Tenant Letters, duly executed by the Buyer;
Tenant Letters. Each Borrower shall have executed and mailed Tenant Letters to each of its tenants and delivered to Lender a copy thereof.
Tenant Letters. Seller will deliver notice to all tenants in the Building regarding Purchaser’s purchase of the Property. Such notice shall be in the form of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit I and executed by Seller and Purchaser. The provisions of this Section 9.3(i) shall survive the Closing.

A letter for each Property signed by the appropriate Seller Party and addressed to the Tenants of such Property advising such Tenants of the sale of the Project to Buyer and directing that all future rent payments and other charges due and payable by such Tenants under their respective Leases are to be forwarded to Buyer at an address to be supplied by Buyer;

Tenant Letters. Letters (in form and content reasonably acceptable to both Seller and Purchaser) signed by Seller and addressed to each tenant of the Property, stating that the Property has been sold to Purchaser and that all rents should be paid to Purchaser after the Closing Date.
Tenant Letters. Letters from Purchaser to tenants, giving notice of Purchaser's assumption of all of landlord's obligations under the Leases from and after the Closing Date including all obligations with respect to security deposits received by Purchaser from Seller, or credited to Purchaser as an adjustment to the Purchase Price on the Closing Statement.
Tenant Letters. Xxxxxxxx's duly executed letters to the tenants of the Real Property in the form 4 of Exhibit P attached hereto.14
