Common use of Tenant Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Tenant Indemnification. In addition to Tenant’s indemnifications obligations under Article 10 of this Lease, Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless the Landlord Parties from and against any liability, obligation, damage or costs, including without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs, resulting directly or indirectly from any use, presence, removal or disposal of any Hazardous Materials or breach of any provision of this section, to the extent such liability, obligation, damage or costs was a result of actions caused or permitted by Tenant or a Tenant Party.

Tenant Indemnification. In addition to Tenant’s indemnifications obligations under Article 10 of this Lease, Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless the Landlord Parties from and against any liability, obligation, damage or costs, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, to the extent resulting directly or indirectly from any use, presence, removal or disposal of any Hazardous Materials in the Premises or outside the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Party, or Tenant’s breach of any provision of this section, to the extent such liability, obligation, damage or costs was a result of actions caused or permitted by Tenant or a Tenant PartyArticle 29.
