Temporary Suspension of Service. (1) If any of the following events occurs, Cybozu may temporarily or emergently suspend provision of the Service:

The member may be suspended by the Program from the term of service for the reasons above or if during the term the member requests a suspension based on compelling personal circumstances, as described above. During the suspension from service, the member will not receive living allowance payments, credit for service hours, or benefits. The member will be suspended for an agreed upon period time with plans for reinstatement. If member fails to check in with TMPF, or the reason for the suspension continues, member will be exited for cause or for personal compelling circumstance. The member may resume his or her term of service once the circumstances supporting the suspension have been resolved and within the agreed upon timeframe. Consequently, the member’s end date is extended for as long as the member was suspended. If the member does not resume the term within the agreed upon timeframe, the member may request that the Program exit the member and the member will be eligible for a partial education award based on the number of hours served in the term.
Temporary Suspension of Service. 1. The Company may temporarily suspend Service to the Subscriber if any of the following apply. Furthermore, Subscriber obligations regarding payment of fees to the Company continue even during the temporary suspension of Service.

The Operator may, subject to giving reasonable notice to the Client, temporarily suspend the operation of the Service, or parts of it, to facilitate changes, maintenance or repairs to the Operator’s or its agents’ systems or processes, or as a consequence of the Operator appointing an agent to perform any of the Operator’s obligations or any agent ceasing to act for the Operator.

Temporary Suspension of Service. 9.3 Canada Post may temporarily suspend the Service and/or making available any of the Software Materials for emergency or urgent operational reasons but where reasonably practicable it will give the Licensee advance warning of such suspension. Where any suspension pursuant to this Clause 9.3 continues for more than 5 consecutive days or for more than 10 days in any twelve month Licence Period, then Canada Post will extend the respective Licence Period by the period of the suspension (provided that there are unused prepayments on the respective Credit which would expire if the Licence Period is not extended pursuant to this clause).
Temporary Suspension of Service. 63.1. During any period of inclement weather which prevents the performance of the Services or part of the Services in the Borough or part of the Borough the Authorised Officer may if the Contractor so request and the Authorised Officer concurs in the Contractor’s opinion of the weather, suspend the Services or part of the Services in the affected part or parts of the Borough for such period as the Authorised Officer deems appropriate. In such an event on the ending of the suspension the Contractor shall resume the provision of the Services and as soon as reasonably practicable provide the suspended Services and carry out any backlogs with as little delay as possible.
