Temporary Premises Base Rent Sample Clauses
Temporary Premises Base Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord in accordance with the terms of Article 3 of the Office Lease the sum of Forty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Four and 75/100 Dollars ($42,264.75) on or before the first day of each calendar month during the Temporary Premises Term without prior demand. Base Rent payable for the Temporary Premises for any partial month shall be prorated in accordance with the terms of Article 3 of the Office Lease.
Temporary Premises Base Rent. The Base Rent for the Temporary Premises shall be Two and 50/100 Dollars ($2.50) per rentable square foot per month, full service, for a total of Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-two and 50/100 Dollars ($7,822.50) per month, fully serviced, payable in advance on the first day of each month during the Temporary Premises Term.
