Temporary Offices. A. Except as otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall erect the following temporary offices near the Site as directed by the Designer and adequately furnish and maintain them in a clean, orderly condition:
Temporary Offices. The contractor shall provide temporary office accommodation on the site for his own use and for the use of his agent and xxxxxxx in charge, in a position suitable for the proper execution of the work to the satisfaction of Eskom. The contractor can apply for a telephone via Eskom, but it is for the contractor’s account. The contractor can use his cellular phone, but he may not use it in the control room, plc room and switchgear room. Please note that a medical aid kit must also be in the office including a fire extinguisher. Two fire extinguishers must be on the plant and one in the temporary office. These fire extinguishers must be supplied with test certificates.
Temporary Offices. A. Except as otherwise specified in the Contract Documents, the CM shall erect the following temporary offices near the Site as directed by the Designer and adequately furnish and maintain them in a clean, orderly condition: FOR DCAMM USE ONLY A CM's field office at which CM's authorized representative shall be present at all times while work is in progress. Instructions, notices, and other communications delivered there by the Designer or DCAMM shall be deemed delivered to the CM. The CM shall provide a separate conference room space with a conference table and chairs sufficient to accommodate 12 persons at one time. Office Trailer for the Resident Engineer. Such trailer shall be in close proximity to the CM's field office, shall be at least 475 square feet in area, and shall be equipped with partitions to separate it from public access, electric lights, heat, air conditioning, window screens, secure locking devices, and a toilet room with a working chemical toilet. Such office shall be equipped with at least the following furniture and equipment in good condition: 2 lockable steel desks, computer, 2 swivel chairs, two stools, 2 metal plan racks, plan table at least 32 by 84 inches, 2 metal filing cabinets with locks, 12 feet of 10 inch deep shelving, one accurate Fahrenheit thermometer, one electric water cooler with disposable cups and water supply service, one hard hat for each project representative and 6 visitor hard hats, one dry plain paper copy machine with a legal and standard paper tray, and one calculator with paper print out, all of which shall become the property of the CM at the conclusion of the Work.
Temporary Offices. At the time a Service Agreement is executed for a Future Office, PWI may specify on the Service Order that the location of the Future Office is temporary ("Temporary Office") and is to be relocated at a later date during the initial term of the Service Agreement to a permanent Office located within 50 miles of this Temporary Office or located in the same metropolitan area. Installation and actual removal costs for any Temporary Office shall be the responsibility of PWI, and costs of installation in the permanent Office of the Equipment located in the Temporary Office shall be paid for by the Parties in accordance with Section 5.1(g) hereof.
Temporary Offices. Home Properties agrees that the Employees (and thus the offices of New Conifer) may remain in their current location in the Clinton Square Office Building free of rent until March 31, 2001. Rent shall include, but not be limited to, access to all common areas with respect to the premises, the cost of real property taxes, maintenance and insurance, parking for the Employees, utilities, receptionist, telephone and local telephone service, accounting, information systems use and access to network, software, servers, main frame, fax machines , copiers, access to mailroom, janitorial cleaning and maintenance of the premises.
