Common use of Temporary Faculty Clause in Contracts

Temporary Faculty. The Committee Report for temporary faculty with satisfactory evaluations or demonstrating a need for improvement shall be reviewed by his/her Division Chairperson and by a representative from the evaluatee’s Department.
