All construction wash-up shall be conducted at a location designated by Landlord.\n(g) Tenant\u2019s build-out will be concurrent with the construction of the Building Shell and Core. Tenant shall schedule usage of the operated material hoist or service elevator for conveyance of Tenant\u2019s materials. Hours of usage shall be determined by Landlord\u2019s GC who shall ensure that Tenant is provided sufficient access to enable construction to proceed on schedule.
