Common use of Temporary Certificates Clause in Contracts

Temporary Certificates. Until definitive Certificates are ready for delivery, the Trustee shall execute, authenticate and deliver temporary Certificates of each series. Temporary Certificates of each series shall be substantially in the form of definitive Certificates of such series but may have insertions, substitutions, omissions and other variations determined to be appropriate by the officers executing the temporary Certificates of such series, as evidenced by their execution of such temporary Certificates. If temporary Certificates of any series are issued, the Trustee will cause definitive Certificates of such series to be prepared without unreasonable delay.
