Common use of Temporary Certificates Clause in Contracts

Temporary Certificates. Until definitive Certificates are ready for delivery, the Trustee shall authenticate temporary Certificates. Temporary Certificates shall be substantially in the form of definitive Certificates but may have insertions, substitutions, omissions and other variations determined to be appropriate by the officers executing the temporary Certificates, as evidenced by their execution of such temporary Certificates. If temporary Certificates are issued, the Trustee will cause definitive Certificates to be prepared without unreasonable delay.
