Common use of Telephones Clause in Contracts

Telephones. Tenant shall arrange for telephone service directly with one or more of the public telephone companies servicing the Building and shall be solely responsible for paying for such telephone service. If Landlord acquires ownership of the telephone cables in the Building at any time, Landlord shall permit Tenant to connect to such cables on such terms and conditions as Landlord may prescribe. In no event does Landlord make any representation or warranty with respect to telephone service in the Building, and Landlord shall have no liability with respect thereto.
