Telephone Services. Chase will provide staff coverage, training and supervision in connection with the Fund's telephone line for shareholder inquiries, and will respond to inquiries concerning shareholder records, transactions processed by Chase, procedures to effect the shareholder records and inquiries of a general nature relative to shareholder services. All other telephone calls will be referred to the Fund, as appropriate.
