You agree (for joint accounts, all joint owners agree jointly and severally) that funds in any of your accounts with us can be transferred upon the telephone request of any signer on the account. In addition, you understand and agree that we may, from time to time, request and review credit reports and other information about you prepared by consumer reporting agencies or others.
