Telephone Notices. For the purpose of receiving notices from PanAmSat regarding preemption, interference or other technical problems, including with respect to Transponder failure and restoration, Customer shall maintain at each earth station transmitting signals to the Satellite(s) a telephone that is continuously staffed at all times during which customer is transmitting signals to the Satellite(s) and an automatic facsimile machine in operation and capable of receiving messages from PanAmSat at all times. THOSE PERSONS STAFFING THE EARTH STATION, FOR THE PURPOSES OF RECEIVING SUCH MESSAGES FROM PANAMSAT, MUST HAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY IMMEDIATELY TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY THE TRANSMISSION IF NOTIFIED BY PANAMSAT. PanAmSat shall also maintain a telephone that is continuously staffed for the purposes of receiving notices regarding the matters identified in the first sentence of this Section 15.5(a). All such notices shall be made in English and shall be effective upon the placement of a telephone call from one party to the other. Each party shall promptly confirm all telephone notices that may be given under this Agreement in writing in accordance with Section 15.5(b) below. Any unsuccessful efforts to reach a party by telephone shall be followed by telecopy and telephone calls to other contact points, e.g., the corporate headquarters of the other party, that said party may have provided the notifying party.

All such notices shall be made in English and shall be effective upon the placement of a telephone call from one party to the other. Each party shall promptly confirm all telephone notices that may be given under this Agreement in writing in accordance with Section 14.5(b) below.

For the purpose of receiving notices from SES regarding preemption, interference or other technical problems, including but not limited to Satellite Failure, restoration and denial of access, Customer shall maintain for each earth station transmitting signals to the Satellite a telephone that is staffed at all times during which Customer is transmitting signals to the Satellite and an automatic facsimile machine or an email address in operation and capable of receiving messages from SES at all times. THOSE PERSONS STAFFING THE EARTH STATION, FOR THE PURPOSES OF RECEIVING SUCH MESSAGES, MUST HAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE OR MODIFY THE TRANSMISSIONS IF NOTIFIED BY SES. All such notices will be effective upon placement of a telephone call or transmission of a facsimile or email from SES to Customer. Within ten (10) days of any telephone notice provided herein, SES shall provide Customer with a written notification summarizing the contents of the telephone notice. Article III.

PanAmSat shall also maintain a telephone that is continuously staffed for the purposes of receiving notices regarding the matters identified above. All such notices shall be made in English and shall be effective upon the placement of a telephone call from one party to the other. Each party shall promptly confirm all telephone notices that may be given under this Agreement in writing in accordance with Section 20.03(b) below.

For the purpose of receiving notices from Xxxx ExpressVu regarding preemption, interference or other technical problems, EchoStar shall maintain at each EchoStar-operated hub earth station transmitting signals to the Satellite a telephone that is continuously staffed at all times during which EchoStar is transmitting signals to the Satellite and an automatic facsimile machine in operation and capable of receiving messages from EchoStar at all times. Xxxx ExpressVu shall also maintain a telephone that is continuously staffed for the purposes of receiving notices regarding the matters identified above. All such notices shall be made in English and shall be effective upon the placement of a telephone call from one Party to the other. Each Party shall promptly confirm all telephone notices that may be given under this Agreement in writing in accordance with this Agreement.
Telephone Notices. For the purpose of receiving notices from IFE or GE ----------------- with respect to preemption, interference or other technical issues in connection with the Transponder, including any Transponder Failure, Satellite Failure, or restoration, Fox shall maintain at each Earth Station which transmits signals to the Satellite a telephone that is continuously staffed at all times during which transmissions are made to the Satellite, and an automatic facsimile machine in operation and capable of receiving messages from IFE at all times. Those persons staffing the Earth Station, for the purpose of receiving such messages from IFE, shall have the technical capability and absolute authority to, and shall, terminate or modify immediately Fox's transmission to the Satellite if and as notified by IFE or GE.
Telephone Notices. For the purpose of receiving notices from Intelsat regarding outage, interruption, suspension, interference or any other technical problems related to a Service, including with respect to Service failure and restoration, Customer will provide a point of contact, accessible by telephone that is continuously staffed at all times, that is in charge of controlling the real time operation of the network and can promptly shut down transmissions at all earth stations transmitting signals to the Satellite upon notice under Sections 3, 6.1, and 8. For those Services which are provided to aircraft only, Customer will use its best efforts to shut down transmissions from the aircraft promptly upon notice from Intelsat. THOSE PERSONS STAFFING THE EARTH STATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF RECEIVING SUCH MESSAGES FROM INTELSAT MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE OR MODIFY THE TRANSMISSION IF NOTIFIED BY INTELSAT. Intelsat shall also maintain a telephone that is continuously staffed for the purposes of receiving notices regarding the matters identified above. All such notices shall be made in English and shall be effective upon the placement of a telephone call from one Party to the other at the telephone number set forth in the Service Order. Each Party shall promptly confirm all telephone notices that may be given under this Section in writing at the address and/or facsimile number set forth in the Service Order.

For the purpose of receiving notices from EchoStar regarding preemption, interference or other technical problems, Customer shall maintain at each Customer-operated hub earth station transmitting signals to the Satellite a telephone that is continuously staffed at all times during which Customer is transmitting signals to the Satellite and an automatic facsimile machine in operation and capable of receiving messages from EchoStar at all times. EchoStar shall also maintain a telephone that is continuously staffed for the purposes of receiving notices regarding the matters identified above. All such notices shall be made in English and shall be effective upon the placement of a telephone call from one Party to the other. Each Party shall promptly confirm all telephone notices that may be given under this Agreement in writing in accordance with this Agreement.

THOSE PERSONS STAFFING THE EARTH STATION, FOR THE PURPOSES OF RECEIVING SUCH MESSAGES FROM PANAMSAT, MUST HAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY IMMEDIATELY TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY THE TRANSMISSION IF NOTIFIED BY PANAMSAT. In addition, Customer shall maintain at a single, unified operational center for all earth stations a telephone that is continuously staffed at all times during which Customer is transmitting signals to the Satellite and an automatic facsimile machine in operation and capable of receiving messages from PanAmSat at all times, which telephone and facsimile numbers Customer shall promptly provide to

For the purpose of receiving notices from SES regarding preemption, interference or other technical problems, including Transponder failure, restoration and denial of access, Customer shall maintain at its Network Operations Center(s) a telephone that is staffed at all times during which Customer is transmitting signals to the Satellite and an automatic facsimile machine in operation and capable of receiving messages from SES at all times. THOSE PERSONS STAFFING THE NETWORKS OPERATION CENTER(S), FOR THE PURPOSES OF RECEIVING SUCH MESSAGES, MUST HAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE OR MODIFY THE TRANSMISSIONS OF SIGNALS TO THE SATELLITE IF NOTIFIED BY SES. All such notices shall be effective upon placement of a telephone call or transmission of a facsimile from SES to Customer.
