Telephone Meeting. Members of the Board of Trustees or a committee of the Board of Trustees may participate in a meeting by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment if all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other at the same time.

Telephone Meeting. Representatives of the Management Board may participate in a meeting of the Management Board by means of conference telephone call or other similar communication equipment whereby all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in the meeting in this manner constitutes presence in person at the meeting.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.
