Telephone Instructions. At our discretion, we may accept or refuse telephonic instructions from you in connection with your account. Our understanding of instructions and our records shall be conclusive evidence of the actual instructions given. We are not required to accept instructions or permit withdrawals by telephone, and this does not constitute an agreement by us to do so.
