Affiliates may list themselves as an "Independent Novae Affiliate" in the white or yellow pages of the telephone directory, or with online directories, under their own name. No Affiliate may place telephone or online directory display ads using Novae's name or logo. Affiliates may not answer the telephone by saying "Novae", "Novae Incorporated", or in any other manner that would lead the caller to believe that he or she has reached corporate offices of Novae. If an Affiliate wishes to post his or her name in a telephone or online directory, it must be listed in the following format: Affiliate's Name Novae Independent Business Owner or Novae Affiliate

The Dealer will, at its expense, continually advertise in the Yellow Pages in the market area where the Dealer's Bikers Dream Motorcycle Dealership is located under the listings "Motorcycles & Motor Scooters - Dealers", "Motorcycles & Motor Scooters - Accessories" or in such other directories and listings as may be designated by Bikers Dream in writing. The format, size and content of the listings will conform in all respects to the standards established by Bikers Dream from time to time.
