Telephone call back - all workers An Employee who on any day of the week responds to a telephone call (not being a telephone call in respect of which a payment is made under the provisions of clause 22.2 of this schedule) made to the Employee at home and requiring the Employee to report for work earlier than the Employee's next scheduled starting time shall, if the Employee's telephone rental is not paid by the Employer, receive a telephone call in payment as prescribed in Appendix 2.
