IF YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THESE LIMITATIONS, WE SUGGEST YOU MAKE ALTERNATIVE METHODS AVAILABLE TO CALL 911 OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN EMERGENCY SERVICES, SUCH AS THROUGH A TRADITIONAL TELEPHONE LINE OR A MOBILE PHONE.
Technical Limitations. Client acknowledges and agrees that: (1) it is unreasonable to expect Converse to be able to completely evaluate subsurface conditions, even after the most comprehensive exploratory program; (2) site conditions change frequently due to the passage of time, human activities, and climatic conditions and uncertainties are therefore inherent in the nature of Converse’s services and impossible to avoid; (3) the identification of geotechnical and environmental conditions and the prediction of future or concealed conditions is an inexact scientific endeavor; (4) the state of the art of geotechnical and environmental practice is such that Converse cannot guarantee that its recommendations will prove adequate on this project and the Client assumes the risk of any such failure, except as otherwise provided in these General Conditions and that (5) these General Conditions contains specific LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

Technical Limitations. All network and Internet access at District facilities, regardless if the device is District owned or personal (BYOD), will be content filtered for appropriate educational use. Chromebooks and other devices that students take home, will be filtered in the same way as devices that are on-site. Parents/Guardians are also advised that the District is not able to censor all communications on the Internet, nor control or filter content accessed by personal devices that utilize wireless carrier data networks. Parents/Guardians assume this risk by consenting to allow their students to participate in the use of computing devices and online services for the intended purpose of enhancing and accelerating learning. Network access and Internet use is a privilege, not a right. Students who violate or disregard this agreement and applicable regulations may have their use privileges suspended or revoked and may be subject to other disciplinary actions. Technical Limitations. End User shall only access and utilize the Router Service through a “Key” received by End User from CSI that may be provided to End User with purchase of a CSI cellular modem. End User must comply with documented technical limitations of the Router Service that only allow use in certain ways. End User may not work around them. Minimum system requirements or other factors may affect End User's ability to use the Router Service, and CSI makes no warranties regarding End User’s ability to use the Router Service or compatibility with End User’s device(s).
