Technical/Engineering Assessments. The Consultant will be required to provide an engineering assessment of selected vendor proposals to meet PetroSA’s requirements for LNG supply in terms of volume, quality and HSEQ criteria. This could involve assessing the technical concept, the schedule and cost elements of the selected proposals and submitting a report in this regard to PetroSA. These assessments could encompass the following disciplines: • +Naval engineers • Marine structural engineers • +Onshore & offshore piping engineers • Onshore and offshore construction specialists • +Material engineers • +Process engineers • Civil, mechanical, instrumentation and control system engineers • +Logistics specialists • Environmental specialists • +Safety engineers • +Risk engineers • +Cost estimators +Denotes disciplines that require familiarity in the storing, transporti ng and offloading of LNG and / or re – gasified LNG.
