Technical Data Package. Each (design and development) contract shall be completed with a Technical Data Package. For a contract with phases, the Technical Data Package shall be provided at the end of a phase in the case that the Agency decides not to proceed with the next phase. The Technical Data Package consists of the final versions of all approved technical documents.
Technical Data Package. Carbon Geo-Tek Consultants Inc., Lxxxxx, and ECO (collectively referred to as “Parties") will agree to establish a continental U.S. location to hold a technical data package and escrowed software code (“TDP”). Assuming that there are variations that will exist between components of TCOM Systems, upgrades, etc., there should be a TDP for each unique TCOM System for each TCOM Facility for each Location. This TDP can be used by an authorized contractor, such as but not limited to the use of Technip, that will have the responsibility for the entire equipment installation and possibly the operations of a given TCOM Facility to assure all Parties that a consistent, duplicable, process for construction and parts replacement specifications accurately exists and can be utilized in case of a situation wherein either Lxxxxx is incapacitated, otherwise engaged so as to be unavailable, or is deceased. The Parties will also agree to provide for inclusion in the secure escrow location, a copy of the software Page 4 of 5 License Agreement – U.S. - Lxxxxx & ECO – Licensing – 8 -14-14 MJL Initials _____________ JRB Initials____________ source code used to operate the TCOM System, including copies of all software upgrades, for the benefit of ECO upon the need to access, modify or duplicate the software program to operate each specific licensed TCOM Facility. Title to the TDP and the software source code for a specific licensed or sub-licensed TCOM Facility shall be transferred to the entity owning the specific licensed or sub-licensed TCOM Facility when the TCOM Facility is ready for commercial production of its intended by-products.
Technical Data Package. Including verified requirements with non-space user/non-space applications, signed by the user. This package shall be delivered during the final presentation.

Technical Data Package. Within the timetable set forth in a Statement of Work, Customer shall provide Evonik with a complete technology data package (the “Technology Data Package”) containing such data, documents and records necessary for Evonik to provide the services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Technology Data Package may include: documents and records consisting of or containing process descriptions, requirements and specifications; process flow diagrams; equipment and instrumentation specifications; process trend and variability data; analytical methods, validation protocols and reports; process development reports; and batch records and any data necessary that Customer will provide to Evonik to ensure the successful transfer of the current process and analytical methods to support the desired services. Any failure on the part of Customer to provide the Technology Data Package in a timely manner shall not be held against Evonik with regard to meeting timelines and will result in an automatic extension of the timelines for every day the Technology Data Package is late or incomplete.
Technical Data Package. Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that it is owner of, and holder of all rights in the Technical Data Package (TDP), and has the right to grant Buyer the license rights to the TDP with escrow agent pursuant to the terms of the Subcontract Agreement.
Technical Data Package. The contractor shall develop Technical Data Packages for the prototype that describes a product baseline compatible with full-scale Level III production requirements. This data package shall include descriptions of a candidate production system architecture, identification of parts, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, software functional flow, computer network architecture and operator- machine interfaces. This data package shall also include all of the procedures required to fabricate, assemble, test and validate the prototype including quality control methods and reliability growth approaches. The data package shall include information on parts obsolescence, environmental qualification testing, immunity to external noise sources, long term endurance and reliability, safety, and cyber security qualifications.
Technical Data Package. The Contractor shall generate and update the required documentation for Government review and approval, IAW CDRL B900, for all NW SIF software development, integration, production and sustainment activities, and facility and software development infrastructure requirements. The CDRLs listed throughout this PWS are considered part of the technical data package. This documentation shall be completed, including Government approved, by end of year three (36 months) after award and tracked on the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The documentation shall be updated, as required, to maintain currency and accuracy, throughout the life of the contract.
