Technical Safeguards 1. USAC and the Department will process the data matched and any data created by the match under the immediate supervision and control of authorized personnel to protect the confidentiality of the data, so unauthorized persons cannot retrieve any data by computer, remote terminal, or other means.
Environmental and Social Safeguards 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out and implemented in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Environmental Management Plan.
Security Safeguards (1) Each party acknowledges that it is solely responsible for determining and communicating to the other the appropriate technological, physical, and organizational security measures required to protect Personal Data.
Safeguards Business Associate, its Agent(s) and Subcontractor(s) shall implement and use appropriate safeguards to prevent the use or disclosure of PHI other than as provided for by this Agreement. Business Associate or its Agent(s) and Subcontractor(s) shall identify in writing upon request from Covered Entity all of the safeguards that it uses to prevent impermissible uses or disclosures of PHI.
Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.
Global Safeguard Measures 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of global safeguards shall be governed by Article XIX of GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Safeguards.
Safeguard Measures 1. The Parties note the multilateral negotiations pursuant to Article X of GATS on the question of emergency safeguard measures based on the principle of non- discrimination. Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:
