Technical Advisory Committee. A Technical Advisory Committee (“TAC”) is established and will be composed of representatives from each Party. The role of the TAC, and any TAC subcommittee established by the TAC, is to provide technical advice, guidance, recommendations, and counsel to the Governing Board, Executive Committee, and/or Executive Director on technical matters relevant to the System, including environmental issues and educational programs, and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas among Party representatives, the public, and the private sector. The Executive Committee shall determine appropriate staffing for the TAC.
Technical Advisory Committee. 1. The Governing Council shall establish a Technical Advisory Committee composed of one representative designated by each Member of the Organization.
Technical Advisory Committee. 5.1 The Minister and the Company shall as soon as possible after the date on which this Agreement is signed establish a committee to be known as the Technical Advisory Committee which shall consist of-
Technical Advisory Committee. The Governing Board may establish a Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). TAC members shall be appointed by the Cities and County. The City Manager and CAO or designee from each jurisdiction will serve on TAC. TAC shall provide recommendations to the Executive Director for the Governing Board on administration and implementation of the Regional Park Impact Mitigation Fees Program (RPIMF Program) in accordance with California Government Code 66000 et seq, and the adopted RPIMF Program MOU, fee schedule, capital improvement program, nexus plan, and the adopted Policies and Procedures thereof. TAC will provide recommendations to the Governing Board regarding sites, programs, staffing, and other elements of providing and using recreation facilities and programs.
Technical Advisory Committee. The advisory body established pursuant to Section IV.F. of the Judgment.
Technical Advisory Committee. A Technical Advisory Committee is hereby established to provide technical advice to the Executive Board on all matters that may come before the Board. Composition of the Technical Advisory Committee shall be determined as provided in the Bylaws.
Technical Advisory Committee. The existing County/City Integrated Waste Management staff comprised of Authority Members is designated to provide technical information for, make recommendations to, and otherwise advise, the Authority on relevant waste management issues.
Technical Advisory Committee. The following governmental subdivisions or agencies shall be requested to appoint a non-voting advisory Member to the WMO: Dakota County, Xxxxxx County, Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District, member cities. The advisory Members shall not be required to contribute funds for the operation of the WMO, except as provided in Minn. Stat. §103B.231, but may provide technical services.
Technical Advisory Committee. A Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is hereby established to develop, analyze, and review data pertinent to this Agreement and to make reports and technical recommendations regarding harvest management. Members shall be qualified fisheries scientists familiar with harvest management of Columbia River fish runs. TAC shall be composed of designated technical representatives of each of the following entities: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, USFWS, NOAA Fisheries, the BIA, the Warm Springs Tribe, the Umatilla Tribes, the Nez Perce Tribe, the Yakama Nation, and the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes. The Parties agree to seek funding sources to assist TAC and its representatives in the performance of their functions.
Technical Advisory Committee. The Alameda County Transportation Advisory Committee (“ACTAC”) will function as the technical advisory committee to the ACTC. The ACTAC shall be composed of: one staff representative of ACTC, who shall serve as chair of the ACTAC; one staff representative of each city and the County; one staff representative of each Transit Operator; and one staff representative each of MTC, Caltrans and BAAQMD. The ACTC Board may add additional representatives to ACTAC. Each representative shall have one vote. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business. Staff representatives for Local Agencies are expected to be selected from the public works and planning departments. ACTAC may form subcommittees as necessary.
