TEAM. The Parties agree that, initially, the key BCBSSC personnel responsible for System implementation shall be ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. BCBSSC shall use reasonable efforts to keep the System implementation team intact until the Commencement Date and any replacements to key personnel shall have comparable education and experience with the particular portion of the System over which such replacement would have responsibility.
