Team Lead. 40.1 Team Leads shall be paid a bonus of $1.20 per hour over their own classification rate or over the highest paid employee on their crew, whichever is greater. No Team Lead shall have the same employee(s), within a group, as another Team Lead on the same shift.

Team Lead. Team Lead responsibilities and the contractor who will perform as the Team Lead was specified. Team Lead. 10.01 For purposes of appointment to Team Leader roles with the Team Lead hourly premium, the job posting clause does not apply however, the Company will post a notice inviting interested seniority employees to apply. In making the decision, the Company will consider seniority along with other factors in making the selection. A Team Lead may not perform supervisory duties regarding hiring, firing, or disciplinary actions; they may provide background and personal observation, input and information necessary for the Manager to make supervisory decisions. The Manager is ultimately responsible for the final evaluation or disciplinary action of a team employee.
