Teachers who Sample Clauses

The "Teachers who" clause defines the specific group of individuals—teachers—who are subject to the terms or obligations outlined in the agreement. In practice, this clause may clarify which teachers are covered, such as those employed full-time, part-time, or under certain contracts, and may specify qualifications or roles that determine inclusion. Its core function is to ensure clarity about who is bound by or benefits from the agreement, thereby preventing ambiguity or disputes regarding applicability.
