Teacher Responsibilities. The district is committed to a partnership between employees and patrons, and such partnerships are best established when patrons respect the professional responsibilities of teachers and teachers invite the participation of patrons, which is properly channeled, including but not limited to the established SCC and SIC bodies. The district holds teachers accountable for the satisfactory fulfillment of accountability goals and teaching expectancies. The professionally trained teacher is expected to establish standards of student performance, learning environment, student control, teaching strategies and content.
