TEACHER IN CHARGE. 30.01 A teacher may be appointed by the Centre or its agent as a Teacher in Charge in accordance with this Article.

TEACHER IN CHARGE. If a teacher is placed in charge of a building during the absence of the principal, and when the principal’s absence will be one-half day or longer, the teacher will be relieved from either the office or classroom assignment.
TEACHER IN CHARGE. 21.1.1 A Member may agree to act as Teacher in Charge for a short time absence of a Principal or Vice Principal. The term of any individual Teacher in Charge is limited to nineteen (19) consecutive days and to not more than forty (40) days in a School Year.
TEACHER IN CHARGE a. In the event that all Administrative Officers and/or head teachers assigned to the school are absent for a half-day or more, and no other supervisory employee is designated to be in charge, the Administrative Officer shall ask for volunteers to be designated as Teacher in Charge. If there is no suitable volunteer, the Administrative Officer may designate an employee as Teacher in Charge.
TEACHER IN CHARGE. 9.12.1 In the absence of a site administrator, a Teacher-In-Charge may assume leadership activities at the school site. When a Teacher-In- Charge assumes leadership activities for a period in excess of 21 consecutive workdays, the Teacher-In-Charge shall be paid an additional $1,000.00 per month.
TEACHER IN CHARGE. 32.1 At the beginning of each school year a teacher may apply to the Principal of the school to be designated as a Teacher In Charge.
TEACHER IN CHARGE. 1. When the absence of an Administrative Officer requires a member of staff to assume the duties of Teacher in Charge, the following shall apply:

Should all administrative officers and head teachers be away from the school premises for a half day or more, the principal or his/her designate shall appoint a teacher as teacher in charge for the required period of time. The individual appointed shall receive 1/200th of 11% of PA(M) Max. per day of service as teacher in charge.
TEACHER IN CHARGE. 9.11.02.01 In the event that the Board’s regularly designated school leader is absent for a half-day or more, a Teacher shall be asked to assume Teacher In Charge responsibilities during that absence with commensurate release time for the Teacher In Charge.
