TEACHER AGREEMENT. EMMAUS Primary School makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied for the service it is providing. The Primary School does not have control of the information on the Internet. Certain sites accessible via the Internet may contain material that is illegal, defamatory, inaccurate or potentially offensive to some people. The Internet user is responsible for NOT pursuing material that could be considered offensive. The Primary School specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its service and assumes no responsibility for any damages you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, service interruptions or alterations, even if these disruptions arise from circumstances under the control of the Primary School. It is also understood that the Primary School checks Teachers activity, on a random basis, both on the Internet through a ‘user log system’ and whilst Teachers are on the computer. As an added safety feature, any emails that are sent which contain profane language are blocked and are sent to the Primary School Administration email address and are dealt with according to the terms of this policy. These monitoring devices have been put in place to ensure your safety whilst using the ICT facilities available at EMMAUS. Before using the EMMAUS Primary School Internet and Computer network facility, the Teacher must sign below indicating that you are aware of and agree to abide by the above requirements You also understand that from time to time the Primary School can make amendments to the policy. Any amendments will be communicated through the Primary School Newsletter.
TEACHER AGREEMENT. 1. The Teacher agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Teacher agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and act pursuant to the orders, advise and direction of the Provider. Teacher agrees to devote full-time efforts, as an employee of Provider, to the employment duties and obligations as described in this Agreement. The services or work to be performed by the Teacher are included in Attachment A.

TEACHER AGREEMENT. Whenever a new Agreement is ratified by the District and Association, the District shall supply each teacher with an electronic copy of the Teacher Agreement. A paper copy may be requested by any member at any time.
TEACHER AGREEMENT. It is important that students achieve; therefore, I shall strive to do the following ● Provide homework assignments for students and make them available in Google Classroom ● Provide necessary assistance to parents so that they can help students learn and share responsibility for improved academic achievement ● Notify students and parents by providing student progress reports with sufficient time ● Use special activities in the classroom to make learning enjoyable and thus prepare for STAAR exams ● Schedule parent/teacher conferences accordingly ● Communicate with parents / guardians in good time through different means such as phone calls, virtual meetings, email or text message if the student is not passing a subject before the end of the six weeks Principal/Administration I support this form of parental engagement; Therefore, I will strive to do the following. ● Provide an environment that allows positive communication between the teacher, the parent and the student. ● Incorporates teachers to regularly provide homework that will reinforce daily instructional material.

Therefore, I will strive to do the following: ● provide meaningful teaching and learning opportunities, ● set high standards for students and clearly communicate them to students and parents, ● monitor the academic progress of my students regularly, ● make efficient use of academic learning time, ● explain assignments so that my students have a clear understanding, ● provide an environment that allows for positive communication between parents, students, and me, ● encourage students and parents by providing information about student progress, ● give students strategies to achieve their highest academic and social potential, and ● provide parents with timely responses to suggestions or concerns about the education of their children. Therefore, I will encourage him/her by doing the following: ● see that my child is punctual and attends school regularly, ● support the school in its attempt to maintain proper order and discipline, ● encourage my child’s efforts to do his or her best, ● be aware of what my child is learning, both in and out of school, ● encourage positive attitudes about school, ● attend parent-teacher conferences and school functions, ● communicate with teachers and school officials, ● establish a time for sharing daily school experiences and completing homework, ● provide all necessary school-related supplies, ● arrange transportation for my child within 20 minutes of afternoon dismissal, and ● monitor the quality and quantity of internet use and television viewing. We, the instructional staff members of Mount Carmel Area Elementary School, understand the importance of our role in helping all students grow and achieve success in the State standards and in life-long learning to the best of our ability.
