Mileage The Parties agree that all full-time and part-time employees who are required to use their private vehicles for State business shall be reimbursed for all miles incurred at the maximum rate then allowable by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service for the first mile of travel. The Parties further agree that changes in the mileage reimbursement rate, as a result of U.S. Internal Revenue Service action, shall be made prospectively. The Parties further agree that an employee shall record mileage incurred on State business from the odometer readings on his/her vehicle and the Employer shall reimburse for all reasonable travel incurred. In no instance, however, shall the Employer reimburse for travel incurred from an employee's home to or through the site of his/her official headquarters, or vice versa, unless such reimbursement is specifically authorized by this Agreement.
Car During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall provide the Employee with an automobile of a type customary for executives in similar positions and shall pay for operating expenses incurred in connection with the use of the automobile, including the costs of insurance, gas, maintenance and car phone.
Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply:
Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.
Lodging All lodging reimbursement requires a receipt from a commercial lodging establishment such as a hotel, motel, bed and breakfast inn, or public campground that caters to the general public. No lodging will be reimbursed without a valid receipt.
Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.
Bicycles Bicycles or other vehicles shall not be permitted anywhere inside or on the sidewalks outside of the Building, except in those areas designated by Landlord for bicycle parking.
Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

Amenities The Borrower will cause, or to the extent provided for pursuant to the Declarations, will use its best efforts to ensure that the Timeshare Owners' Association, or the manager of the Resort, as applicable, will cause, the Resort to be maintained in good condition and repair, and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Timeshare Documents, and the Borrower will cause each Purchaser of an Interval at the Resort to have continuing access to, and the use of, to the extent of such Purchaser's time-share periods, all of the Common Elements and related or appurtenant services, rights and benefits, all as provided in the Declaration and the Timeshare Documents.
