The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any Subsidiary to, amend or modify any provision of its articles, bylaws, or partnership or limited liability company organization or operating documents or agreements, or any agreements with Affiliates of the type referred to in Section 9.14, if such amendment or modification could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
