Common use of Tax Receipts Clause in Contracts

Tax Receipts. 11.1 If, at any time, the Borrower is required by law to make any deduction or withholding from any sum payable by it hereunder (or if thereafter there is any change in the rates at which or the manner in which such deductions or withholdings are calculated), the Borrower shall promptly notify the Lender.
