TAX IDENTIFICATION. The Company shall on the signature page of this Agreement provide the Depositary Bank with its Tax Identification Number (TIN) as assigned by the Internal Revenue Service. All interest or other income earned hereunder shall be allocated and paid as provided herein and reported by the recipient to the Internal Revenue Service as having been so allocated and paid.
