Tax Deed. No event has occurred which would or might give rise to a claim under the Tax Deed upon or after the execution thereof. PROVISION FOR AND PAYMENT OF TAX
Tax Deed. The provisions in Clauses 2.3.and 3 of the Tax Deed shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Warranties relating to Tax contained in paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 in addition to those set out in this Schedule.
Tax Deed. 6. The Sellers certificates referred to in paragraph 1.1.1 of Schedule 2
Tax Deed. Tax Deed, duly executed by the Sellers, in the form attached hereto EXHIBIT G (the “Tax Deed”).
Tax Deed. If any limits on the liability of the Seller under the Tax Deed conflict with the provisions of this Schedule then the provisions of the Tax Deed shall prevail. Without limitation and notwithstanding the provisions of this Schedule 4, the limitations in this Schedule 4 shall only apply to the Tax Deed to the extent provided in Clause 5 of the Tax Deed.
Tax Deed. SELLER shall execute and deliver to BUYER (or such -------- Person as BUYER may direct) the Tax Deed.
Tax Deed. The provisions of Part 8 of the Schedule (The Tax Deed) apply with effect from the date of Completion.
